Terms of service

1. Our products

We aim to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes, materials and care instructions are listed on each product page.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. Offers and discount codes are subject to their own terms, and only one discount can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

5. Your right to cancel and returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We also offer a 30-day returns window. Full details, including who pays return postage, are in our Refund Policy.

6. Faulty items

If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Our products are for domestic and private use only. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Website content

All content on this website, including text and images, belongs to Lilense or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Our relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Lilense, and Shopify is not responsible for any part of your sale.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order will apply to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
